Monthly Donation Using Zelle/Quickpay?

  • Email Information: Use the email address admin@muscare.org.
  • Recipient Name: Enter "MusCare Inc." as the recipient.
  • Chase Users: If you use Chase, you can set up your donation with QuickPay/Zelle.
  • Set Up Recurring Payments:
    • Ensure the repeating option is turned ON.
    • Choose the 5th of each month as the payment date.
    • Memo: In the memo field, write "monthly donation" and include your email address (e.g., "monthly donation yourname at domain.com" to avoid issues with the @ symbol).

Refund policy: if there’s any issues, please contact us. We will be happy to take a look and issue a refund if it’s within 30 days.

If you want to cancel your donation, you can either 1) contact us and we’ll take care of it, or 2) you can log in to www.donorbox.org and make the changes there yourself. You can change your donation amount there as well. When you set up a monthly donation, you’ll receive monthly emails from Donorbox directly. In it, you’ll have the link to log into and make changes.
